Rapid ReHousing. Reduces the length of emergency shelter stays by providing a jumpstart of supportive services and other resources that empower families and single adults to move out of shelters and into stable housing. Please note, Rapid ReHousing is the only YWCA St. Paul Housing YWCA has multiple emergency shelter facilities in the Seattle metro area. Some facilities house single women with up to 2 children, while others accomodate larger families. Households staying in one of the emergency shelters may qualify for transitional housing.
